- Texture and Color: Natural variations in leather/rawhide tone, color, texture, and shading are inherent characteristics of these materials and are not considered defects.
- Seasonal Movement: Leather/rawhide responds to changes in temperature, humidity, and exposure to direct sunlight. Very minor warping, shrinking, or expanding may occur depending on your home’s climate. This is a natural reaction and does not constitute a manufacturing flaw.
- Handcrafted Tolerance: Because items are finished by hand, slight dimensional variances (up to 0.5 inches) may occur but are unlikely.

Due to screen settings, studio lighting, and the individual nature of natural materials, the final product delivered to you may vary slightly in tone, texture, or finish from the digital image.

3. Product Care and Maintenance:
The customer is responsible for proper care and maintenance of the furniture. Damage caused by improper care, exposure to direct sunlight, extreme humidity or dryness, water rings, chemical cleaning agents, or general misuse is not covered under our craftsmanship guarantees.

4. Safety, Weight Capacities, and Liability Limitation:
Our products are intended for standard residential or commercial use. The customer assumes all responsibility for the safe installation of the furnishings. For pre-wired lamps, all components are UL recognized and compliant with RoHS standards. NeitherBoth studio is not liable or responsible for any electrical hazards that may arise from the customers substitution or improper use of these components. NeitherBoth Studio are more than happy to provide documentation of all electrical components used in it's lighting products. Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeitherBoth Studio shall not be held liable for any accidental injury, property damage, or loss resulting from the misuse, overloading, or improper assembly of any of it's products. Our total liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item.

5. Delivery and Transit Inspection:
Freight transport can carry risks. It is the customer's strict responsibility to thoroughly inspect the item at the time of delivery before signing the carrier’s release form. Any visible damage to the packaging or the products themselves must be noted on the delivery receipt, and reported to NeitherBoth Studio within 7 days of delivery accompanied by photographic evidence.
